Yeah, I always get coupons, but have been changing the oil myself 90% of the time. Now that I think about it, its been quite a few months since I've received a coupon.

Gonna get my own 30k service done now that I recieved this 10% any service coupon from my dealer lol as much as I hate them saving 10% off of a $400 service is to sweet to pass up. Just annoyed they didnt to it before I bought the car, it had 31k miles on it when I bought it in April and now has 34k miles. Hoping to tell them I dont need the oil change since I just got it and have them knock a few bucks off. When I seen the list of what they do there is a oil change included.

Always look at the owners manual service schedule and then cross off everything additional that the dealer adds to the 30k list. Then tell them to give you the price. Dealers try to charge you for a bunch of "inspect & adjust" which is pure profit to them. Just like calling an oil change a lube job. The car has no lube points unless you have added them.

Wow, I guess a lot of Mazda dealers are giving their owners fits. I bought my car and received free oil changes for a year (every 3k miles and I drive a lot and also free wash/vacuum/detail for the lifetime of the car at the dealership. I thought it was a pretty good deal. Addittionally, they have been great on the service front, having already replaced completely my brakes after they "squeeked"... due to some top speed testing and heavy braking... I guess now I gotta just wait for that 30k service.
