Lol... mine looked like that this morning.. but scale it by 10 times greater. You couldn't even see my car if you were standing behind it. It took a couple seconds, then it died down to normal though

Yup it looks normal to me. When I went to buy my 8 last year it hadn't been started for a few days and it was about 45-55 degrees. I saw lost of moisture coming out and a bit of blue from the oil. Then it cleared up. As long as it isn't thick white/blue/black smoke then its all good .

i was inclined to think that it is normal as well. the only thing that concerned me a bit is that the white "smoke" from 8 at cold start up is much more noticeable compared to other cars.

this morning was 11F and when I started the car, the white "smoke" poured out of 8 like the f**king 2012 flood

well, not just warm air but warm wet air. there must be something about the 8 that keeps moisture in the pipes? hotter exhaust temps maybe have something to do with it?

Absolutely normal. All cars will do it upon cold start on a cold day, rotaries are just more noticeable. You should see it with a HKS Hi-Power.

Water (condensation) collects in the cat converter and muffler.

One of the many things that people don't understand about Rotaries is that we have a DRAGON inside of our engines. Yours is just more pissed because it likes warm temperatures.

mine did that, but filled the whole street but that was because I ended up with some water in my tank.
