I have never seen a bad converter on a vehicle with no flood history.

If you have had a converter replaced and YOU have not flooded the vehicle, it was flooded before you owned it.
My car has NEVER had a flood issue. It has even started fine when, starting the car and moving from driveway to street and later back without warmup.

Have someone run the history to see if the converter was replaced at the port or during shipping. Zoom44 and I found many of these vehicles were flooded at the US port and the local dealer replaced the plugs etc.
