Save the "8" Drive
Hmm, wow, ok this is more than bullshit now , sorry I just notice the first part of your invoice.
So, that means the recall was just done recently, it is to my understanding that, the engine ***** up because Mazda forgot to readjust the flow of OMP for 5w20 oil. So the engines were all getting a slow and painful death.
this is getting a bit complicated, you can say your engine died because of Mazda, what I dont get is how do they pass the Vacuum test if your Rotor 1 is having problems.
Have you try to replace the ignition coils yourself? do you know if its still the original set you have ?
Forget about ur brakes and tires for now, What kind of battery do you have? and which starter ? do you have a list of stuff Mazda did to your car ? *warranty work*
Cuz it sounds like when you were still in Warranty they didnt do much to your car thats TSB related.
Like Engine no start TSB you should get Plugs, New Starter and a new Battery.

I have not tried, and they probably are...not sure though
if you have enough tools you can actually replace the engine yourself. of course it would be a lot easier if you're on a lift.
Some people live with Premix and it work with them for long time (eg : swoope)
but in the mean time, you can try to get a GOOD new battery and new set of ignition coil first. do you have MSN/AIM or anything like that? its better than posting here all the time. if you do PM me with it.
Found ur AIM (Im blind)
I know right.
This is part of the emission recall, and if Rotor 1 already got this low compression problems, how can they *pass* the Vacuum test with flying numbers?
It sounds alot of of bs to me.

Re pics.
if it fails engine test a replacement is required, and it should be covered.
What they did was, they probably just replaced the spark plugs and thats it.
Typical Lazy Dealership Act.

Why are there no dates for these invoices? Are these the documents you received from the dealership you had look at the 8? Or are they docs from when the previous owner had the car?
WTF? If you brought that car in for the recall (4206F) because it had not been done prior to your owning it then Mazda has to honor the recall info. ie - even at 90k - if the recall has not previously been performed then they should still have to replace your engine free, no?
Or is that a little caveat that falls under the "voluntary" part of "voluntary recall"??

Had to delete some of your sale threads that violate the rules.
I realise the money is to repair your car, but that doesn't give free reign to advertise plasma tvs, or parts from your store......

I suggest you search for information in the yellowbook.
Cuz it really sound like they're jerking you, yes you're WAY over warranty, but you do have bad idle, as describe in the recall, and lost of power. and you have an 04 AT, which is KNOWN to have the worst damage out of all the rx8
