It is way to deep for me to understand but seems to be some sort of rotary 'new' design.

Something is different though...
Half RPM for double power... Our wankel stroke rotaries are somewhat of the opposite. Unless you measure piston RPM instead of E-shaft RPM. Our piston RPM would be 1/3 of the E-shaft...
