K I live in Texas and the other day it was kinda warm and I noticed on the parking break, the rubber piece that curves around your hand when you grab it, was like totally pliable. Then when it's cooler it is more of a hard rubber.

I'm a little worried that when it gets really hot here, that the thing will melt and cool off into some distoted shape
