I've had bad luck with Browns, but Rosenthal in Alexandria was very professional. When I first asked about this, Brown's was the easiest for me to get to, and R-A the most difficult of the three, but I've since transfered jobs to downtown DC, so now it is the opposite since I can drop off my car inthe AM and take the metro (subway) to work, and back to pick up my car in the evening. I'll have them look at my 8 again next week, maybe they didn't replace the brackets, just the mounts, I don't know. But I plan on spending some time with them to discuss it.

I went to Browns with four bottles of Gear Max Royal Purple for the trans and diff. When the service guy gave me my car he stated that he has some left over and I said how much? He said two bottles, this is in front of the shop manager. The manager said why. The 14 year old service kid said the car's trans can't take it. We both said yes it can and then he changed his story and said o no yeah I put it in..... Ummmm. So I took the car and the manager stated he only had a little left from on bottle. Something makes me think I got had on this deal. I might switch to another dealer as I don't trust them now.
