watup guys, I am the proud new owner of a red rx-8. I purchased a stick and have some expirience driving a manual trans, but still need some help.
If you guys could be so kind as to give me an estimate as to when i should make a gear change according to the speed
ex.
1st gear 5mph
2nd gear 10 mph

I know there are alot of variables, but an estimate would give me lots of help, thanks alot.

the manual has a table that probably good to use during the break-in (keeps the rpms down). More important that speed, imho, is rpms--do a search on here about engine break-in.

1-2 @14mph
2-3 @29mph
I don't remember the rest, it's been a couple of weeks
