Your wheel lock is either:
1. in your glove box (or any of the other cubby areas of the car)
2. in your trunk by the jack. it s the plastic hatch just inside the trunk below the latch
3. it's attacked by a zip tie kind of thing to your lug wrench
4. Monchie is an idiot.

Maybe it just ran away and hid after the attack.
No need for that. Monchie is the victim of a crime. I think Freddy's mom had something to do with the theft of his wheel locks.
