New member, but not new to rotary
Hello, my name is Jeff. As the title states, I'm new to this site but I also own 2 second gen RX7s and will be the proud owner of a 2004 Nordic Green RX8. I'm a 36-year auto repair technician currently working at an independent shop in central Oklahoma. I have worked on most makes and models of cars and trucks since 1976 and started working on rotary-powered vehicles in 1982. I'm known as "scrip7" on the RX7Club forum. I'm looking forward to reading and posting here often!

Where is your shop at?? I live in Moore & may (hopefully not lol) need someone to work on my car in the future, I haven't heard of any mechanics that advertise being able to work on rotary engines in my area. Granted, I haven't really looked, but I just took my car to the dealer because they always were the one that did any work on it for the previous owner.

No, I don't think so. I just got my car last Monday. I started researching on this forum when my Mazda3 was totaled & I needed another car, I really wanted an rx8 & just wanted to make sure that it wouldn't be too much trouble.
