ok so a update on the flash, so i got the flash today but they are not coming out with it for a couple more weeks cause the flash actually come from japan and they want to mod it alittle for US specs, but i got it and car runs great and these reps that i met these guys didnt even know how to speak English.but the north America rep said that this is just a prototype flash.ill talk to my cousin tomarrow and see what else he knows and to see what this flash real did to my car.

 

Surprising and interesting.

Most of the flashes so far have brought improvements over the previous flashes so a new flash might mean an improvement. I have not experienced any detonation (ping) in my car, but I would like to have the new flash installed (unless power and/or mileage goes down).

I read sometime back that the coil may be the cause of the ping and it is not covered by warranty. Will a new flash correct a coil issue? I seem to have the ping at low rpm

 

Coil thing is covered search it up on here man

 

I just got my coils replaced by mazda.. it is covered... I also got my new flash done.. car feels great now

 

Still waiting..............

 

Keep waiting bro but dont give up. Its going to take some time for them to change it over to US spec's.

 

Anything that is an improvement is worth the wait.
