Nice.

If you have the money, new clutch.

Good time to check/replace MOP/MOP lines/Injectors, and oil lines.

I see someone covered it, but also get new coils, plugs, and wires for the new engine.

MAKE SURE THEY REPLACE THE FUEL LINE, THERE HAVE BEEN VEHICLES BURNED TO THE GROUND FOR USING OLD FUEL LINES

Also take the opportunity to clean the throttle body out, and the idle control port. They get a little carbon build up. Its natural to happen so it would be a good jesture to the car to clean them.

That is all lol.

glad to see that you've been treated well. it seems alost hit or miss. my experience at my dealer has been more miss than hit but they also performed some out of their pocket repairs that i didn't expect. with that said, with the engine out, you shoudl always inspect the clutch disc, pressure plate, and throwout bearing. you will also more than likely want to replace the pilot bearing and seal as well. inspect the omp lines and the pump itself for leaks. i would also change the plugs, wires, and inspect the coils. this is a good time to check and replace any vacuum lines that may have become brittle. the dealer will most likely cover all applicable gaskets that warrant a replacement with the new engine being installed. you may want to talk with Fernando and see what Mazda will cover during the engine replacement and if you want other things to be replaced, now's the time to have them relaced.
