I need to purchase a cheap pair of summer tires. I have narrowed it down to the 225/45-18 General Exclaim UHP or Kumho Ecsta SPT. I have read numerous threads on these tires, and they BOTH seem to be highly rated. Has anyone driven on BOTH of these tires? I am not sure which one I should get. I have found the same prices on both.

Which one is the better tire for $400?
