All of a sudden, I lost ability to scale map. I no longer have ability to "zoom" in or out to a different level. The function to do this is above clock on lower right side of screen. The function icon just disappeared one day.

Eh? Does nothing happen if you press the zoom buttons? Does it beep? Were you playing around with anything? I don't think you can turn that feature off, but it's possible if you were messing with any of the hidden menus.

Call your dealer. Worst comes to worst they replace the nav unit.

Didn't think of pressing zoom button because I panicked when I couldn't find function on screen. Will try it today. I didn't play with any hidden features. Will let you know if that simple test fixes my problem.
