There is no "frame".
Cut-n-weld.
Every single piece of metal on this car can be replaced.

Not totaled

well i came back from insurance today
and the guy said its not totaled

i took some pictures on my phone cause
i finally found some good lighting
in the end i got 9300 to fix the damage
and here are some pictures


its obvious i gotta fix the door
any idea how i would fix the rocker?

The rocker/sill will be cut and welded.
The whole thing should be put on a laser frame machine, but its probably still straight.
A-pillar will require conventional bodywork.
Is there any damage (even minor) to the fender or back door?

fender is bent a little
back door not much
im not looking for a perfect repair lol
im not that focused on cosmetic problems
just need everything to function
