I also lightened up my front end by taking off all those crappy covers, intercooler rubbers, plastic grills and replaced it with aluminum grills instead. But now im smoking 350z's, srt-4's, and a g35 like nothing. So pretty much all u gotta do is find great deals on great prices for the right parts, and ohh yeah the motor really kicks in after 40,000 miles

Uh huh.
Do you even own an 8? Or were you basically caught in a lie about smoking 350's that you had to add a turbo to make sense of it all?

okay you have the right to complain, hell a $30k car should at least be decent enough to not have those problems mentioned. BUT......
1) Mazda dealer's fault. what kind of a dealer other than Performance Nissan actually has decent and reputable customer service?? Most dealers you go to, you will run into this problem, rx-8 or not. I bet if you bought a nissan sentra, youd run into the same problem.
2) gas mileage sucks. that has been covered in the forums many times, and if a car states 18/25 on the windshield..... you should expect that variable. yeah it sucks but two days on the forum (me.... i dont have an rx8) i can already tell that if i choose to buy this car, gas mileage WILL be an issue for me. That was your call.
3) tire pressure.. check your tires. not a big deal... take it to a dealer and have them fix it. they're cheaters but your car is brand new and they do take care of things some time to time.
4) crappy 1/4 times.. once again, this is info that you were privileged to before you orderd the car. magazines have it at lowest 14.4 or so... (manual). Unless you have actually tracked it, which i assume you haven't since you just got the car and probably still breaking it in... yeah.
5) 5th gear. i doubt its a severe problem but if it is, something like a tranny issue on a new car will be taken care of by the dealer.
6) not anyones fault other than the rear-ender. sorry for that though...
7) rotary engine.. eh. i guess that's why you gotta forum check things and research before you buy the car.
8) racing.. rx8 isn't a professional raced car. it has 4 doors come on. it has 4 seats as well. it's a sports car but if you were to truly professionally race this car, youd strip the back seats and weld the doors shut. so i mean, theres no choice there.. thats the same with any other car. the rx8's design is great however, 50/50 weight distribution.
9) beat by others cars. that shouldn't make you make your car.. i guess it does contribute to the anger and feeling of being cheated but it doesn't mean **** id say..
10) i dont know about the engine problems. i heard of flooding in the earlier models.
Basically what im saying is, a lot of these things were information that was privileged to you before you bought the car. ALSO, a lot of these things are examples of problems in EVERY car. I think as expensive as a $30k car is, most $30k sports car have flaws man. 350z.... they have tire feathering up the ******* ***. 2003 models and even 2004, nissan won't even recognize the problem. All they do is tget the dealers to give you free tires, ONCE. It's a suspension problem though. That would **** me off though. It has squeaks and rattles, windnoise and all that ****. Some tranny grinds in 3rd and in reverse.
The s2000 has problems.. convertible top problems, the back window getting fogged and condensated to the point where it turns YELLOW/GREEN, tranny problems, the rear differentials BLOWING out at 10-15k miles, VTEC issues.
ETC> just saying, these are problems you're gonna get with any car unless you're opting for a 40-50k BMW or Mbenz, and even then. if it aint a ferrari, it'll have problems.
