I can't read Japanese, but that model is pretty neat. They need to update it though - no more coloured instrument hood. :D

Because the RX-8 isn't coming with the coloured instrument hood, and that model still shows it.
It got the axe along with the start button. We knew that back in April.

Angry

I spent high school in japan and i can read a bit of japanese... more than i can speak. The description says that this car is the concept car from the 2001 tokyo motor show. it is canary yellow, made in china, and a mazda original model car. 1/43 scale with a clear case. of course as we all dreaded, they say they have none to sell us.

The Road and Track test of the car. The Mazda engineers said the coloured instrument hood wouldn't make it onto the final car because it was causing too many reflections on the windshield - distracting during driving.

Could you post a pic of the bookbag and watch for us? The model: I'd have to get 2, one to play with and the other to keep all nice-like.

Shipping would be a few bucks. Not much...

Who's putting the group buy together? I'll take 2 of them. In whate if they have it. We can sticky the contact info and details if someone wants to do the homework for the rest of us. :D
