Question Mat Clip?

Is the driver's side mat supposed to have a clip to hold it from sliding? The mat slides a bit over time. There's a grommeted hole on the portion under the seat that appears to be for that purpose. I'm going in to the dealer tomorrow for other reasons and if there's supposed to be a clip I'll get them to put it in.

Thanks.

Mine has a clip on the bottom of the seat that hooks into that hole.

yes, there is a clip there, more like a peg on a flat piece of plastic. the flat piece swivels so it may have turned and its now back some under the seat.

Thanks all, I found the clip in the glove box though it was metal and not plastic. All that was needed was to unscrew and pull a plastic "pop rivet" from the floor and then put it through the bar that the pin is on before putting the rivet back in the floor.

I don't have a clip and didn't have any parts in my glovebox. I'll hopefully get it fixed next time or go with my industrial strength velcro solution.
