I should also mention the forum we belong to. I've been a member of several car site forums for specific models but this is by far the best.

YES YES YES!!

Owned mine for 4 months now and can't stop driving it, in fact I'm driving her more and more every week...5,300 miles so far! I can't even pretend those are work miles either, I live 10 minutes from work haha

Any and all excuses to take her out accepted!

Yes..it is one of if not the best forum around...there are some terrific guys and gals here, all more than willing to help.

You get great advice and info that is actually correct and it works!!..

So many other car forums just talk rubbish and give out second hand or crap advice...
They have so much opinion rather than fact/help.

Keep in mind to support our Vendors and Advertisers, without them would be a pay to view forum or restricted style.

Even after nearly 3 years my 8 continues to put a smile on my dial...

I have owned and driven many many cars and none give me that "special" connection like my RX-8 and MX-5.

So many who have sold their 8's regret doing so as they have lost that felling of having a special experience and ownership.

Then there are a few who just do not get what the 8 is about and never will, they should stick to owning a Camry or Accord appliance.

Also love the center console. Slide open for cup holders then pop up for extra storage.

I don't think I've ever been in the back of my most recent 8 but I love the incline on those seats that actually makes them quite comfortable.

I've had my 8 for almost 4 months now, and i love her to death!!! I will never buy a FWD car again (unless its a family car of course)
I absolutely love turning off traction control in the rain And then taking a canyon run while the car hugs the road and the bucket seats hug you.

Theres so, so much i love about this car

i love my 8 nonetheless. js recently spotted a rx7 on I-5, but the blind spots are a bitch. theres js too many. I'm maybe 5 foot 4 but at least my pontiac firebird T/A doesn't have much blindspot. then again everything else i love my 8. haha.

Was out Sunday running to store when 2 Ferraris and a 'vette turned left on to the road to go the other way. One of the Ferraris, gave a quick honk and all 3 waved as they went by... had a quick laugh to myself that I spent a mere fraction of what they did and yet having probably as much fun.

I think that's how a lot of for sale threads start

I've had my car for a while now and some of the newness has worn away but it still makes me feel just as good as the first drive. People love the car and I love driving it.

The driver floor mat is held in place by a little peg underneath the seat so that your feet don't push it around

The way the first time you lock eyes on this car and it burns into your brain. The first time you turn that key over and that humm reverberates through your soul. The way it makes me smile everytime I look at it. I now understand the "have you hugged you mazda lately"

I wonder if this was ever posted. I like the fact that under the front of the passenger seat, that is a full bar that I can reach from sitting in the driver seat to move the passenger seat front or back. Yup...it's a little thing, but most cars I have been in have the lever only on that far side near the passenger door.

The double jointed rear view mirror mount. Just found it and its so much easier to see now that its up to my eye line.

^ I wonder; does anyone know, for sure, why it's double-jointed? Is it really to allow greater adjustability, or is there another reason?
