On-Line Maintainence records

On-Line Maintainence records
Just wondering how many of us use the on-line maintainence log on the Mazda Website?
http://www.mazdausa.com/
Click on "Owners" and you can enter your car and maintain a service/repair history.
I can understand that many people wouldn't want to list non-OEM mods on the Mazda site, but I was trying to get a feel for how many owners actually use the service.

I use it.
Only problem for me is, the majority of my entries are labeled under the "Other" category. I e-mailed them suggesting that they make the description field viewable on the maintenance history page so that I could actually make use of it in a complete list form.

I keep a small notebook in the car, and record service (and other interesting events) in that. I've been doing that for decades. Always nice to have a logbook right in the car.
I have a file folder at home where I keep all of the invoices, plus related stuff like the brochure, magazines with reviews, DIY's worth printing, etc.

I used to use it. Probably logged in 3 entries. After that, i was like forget it. I kind use excel spreadsheets to log in all maintaince items, plus i get to write more specific notes.....

There's also room in the owner's manual for notes, but I like to keep a spotless owner's manual. I used to keep a notebook in the glove compartment, but the kid kept doodling in it when she was very young, to the point where I kind of let it die. When I got my 8, I wanted to revive the practice, then I found the on-line log.

I use it, but the dealer uses a different site for their notices and such. My spreadsheet's the main repository of info; I just copy basic stuff to the others occasionally.
