Keeping my fingers crossed

Thought there was a good/bad service area so if this is in the wrong spot sorry moderators. Had a appt. at my dealership today to fix the brakes, headlights, center console cover and my pipes that are uneven. It is about 80 miles one way. These are the idiots that couldn't even change my oil without screwing up. I call them yesterday to find out if the brake pads are in stock before i drive that far and they say we have to see the car first. Unreal, i just want to know if you have the parts that way if you agree there is a problem it can be taken care of. No go.
So i call another dealer and tell them i am unhappy with my service dept. and would like to give them a chance. Took it this morning knowing the pads weren't in because they were good enough to check. They agreed that the brakes, console, tailpipes, headlights and the rattle in my instrument cluster needed to be fixed! Guy from Enterprise picks me up. The best service I have ever had. He takes me to the rental place and i didn't like the car, no fuss just asked him what was available. He calls another town about 8 miles over and gets me a Mazda 3. He even drives me there and gets a ride back. So this dealer is about 30 miles closer and so far have been great. We will see tomorrow but they had their **** together all the way down to the rental place. The bad service is Northtowne in KC, MO. The good(so far) is Blue Ridge in Raytown, MO.
