i said it was one of the most loved sports cars , not the best...... in american of course. people buy the miata because its a cheap fun car. thats it. it is not that great looking of a car compared to the rx8 and other cars. i asked my 3 of my friend tonight about the miata and they said its a pretty good car for handling and fun, but its kind of a chick car. have you ever seen the movie corky romano?

did you even look up what a stock SS can put down. 12.9 buddy. i have all most 100 HP over stock. you do the math. high 13s ......... LOL clue less

Yeah, Polish Person has "divide and conquer" down! After everyone quits arguing, I'm looking in a Indonesian car mag, and see new RX8's for $77.5k (rupiah conversion calculated). They test a new G37 that is slightly faster, and gets 11-24 mpg (you already know this stuff), but it costs $130k new. US people can buy any kind of car power they want in comparison! Just get a job, and pick priorities.

Actually, the first FIVE Camaro's I saw, EVER, were driven by girls. Hmm....

I don't know about you, but when stuff like that happens, I guess I could call the Camaro a chick car, if my own personal experience is that it is.

Ultimately, the Miata is not a chick car. It's the most raced car in the world. Look at Spec Miata for example, here in the states. The Playboy Cup, yatta yatta.

Uhm, the S2000 doesn't have that title.. Not even close. Just pulling that out, since it's often compared to the Miata as the less "girly" car. Then again, your Camaro doesn't have that title either.

Ultimately, the Miata is not a chick car, not a girly car, not any of those childish insults.

In regards to a "chick car" it's more subjective than anything. IMO, a Miata, Mini Cooper, etc look more "cute" and like a chick car than the 8 ever would, and even then I don't dub them a "chick car" The 8 is not a chick car, plain and simple. Just because women drive a vehicle doesn't make it a "chick" titled car. You see them driving high end luxury cars, sport cars, muscle cars, exotic cars, trucks, SUV's, at this point might as well call any car out there a "chick car", the point is moot really.

I've driven a Miata on mountain ranges, that said, it's an amazing car that can surprise the crap out of you. You say it's a "chick car", well is there something wrong with a "chick car"? and how would you feel if a "chick car" beat you on the track?

that in mind, the Miata is the terminator compared to a S.M.A.R.T. car.
every time I see one of those, I want to chuck it and it's owner into the water.
