I just bought an '04 RX8 a couple days ago. It's a fine car, a definite upgrade from the '92 MX-5 that I was in.

The car is a manual with the mica red paint. It's a very pretty car, nice interior and great handling. It's the most fun I've had in a car.

A question though:

The car seems a bit unstable at highway speeds, but I haven't seen a complaint about that anywhere. Is it abnormal?

The car will tram-line a bit on irregular surfaces especially as the tires wear.
Also you should get a good four wheel alignment.

Only picture I have of it so far. I have to take it to the dealership today to see about the airbag light and the intermittent coolant light and get a spare key. Getting a spare key costs more now than it used to.

Edit: So, the Airbag Overlay Harness has to be replaced and the intake manifold has to be removed to replace another part; the damage isnt so bad. They wanted to charge a fortune to replace the brakes and flush the coolant.
