It's been a wonderful ride
Well, I sold my RX8 (2006 6sp Velocity Red) after six beautiful years. I bought it new, and enjoyed every day of it. Many good track days, lots of North Carolina mountain weekends, long trips, short trips - what a great car!
Did get a new engine at 5,000 miles, but Mazda was great about it, gave me a loaner car, and took care of it all.
I'm sports-car-less at the moment, and not sure what might be next. Might go back to a Miata when the new one comes out (I had a '97 M for five years, wife likes convertibles, etc.), but not sure.
Great forum, will continue to lurk in the background.
Leave no corner unturned!!!
cheers

Miata for a temporary car then get the new RX car in 2015-2017
Stay away from the Twins. They are plagued with problems.
Just maybe the problems will be fixed next year for the FRS/BRZ, but highly unlikely from what I have seen.
