Whatever you do, don't get strakes.

Get some Clear Corners though

Maybe a catback exhaust and CAI too. But if you want a bigger HP gain you could get a midpipe.

You've got a long way to go for a turbo.
Your looking at 7k+ easily for that.

For 800 you can have:

Just a flywheel

Intake, Pulley's, and Short Shifter

or just an exhaust.

choices choices choices.

From previous posts, I've read that this combo is as effective as really any others and in that price range.

K+N or Green Filter in a gutted air Box
Catless midpipe, or highflow cat for emmissions use
RB Flash

Lower it and put a new exhaust on it. Might as well make it look good and sound good.

Get a real stereo system. upgraded speakers amps, a 10 inch sub and a good line output converter.

An exhaust could make your car shoot flames though, and that's pretty cool.

Go to Vegas and put it all on red. If you win buy the KW coilovers that Polak is running a group buy on. If you lose, pretend Polak stole your money.

Nevermind, I see you're from Poughkeepsie. Save up your money so you can move out of there.

$800, sadly, just isn't that much. Don't waste it on an intake or some other thing that will only get you 2 horsepower. If anything, sign up for a track day or driving class with it.

springs and exhaust ftw. remember installation though. i got a used mazdaspeed dual sport and new tein s-tech's for $550. installation was $375 for both, though...that's over $900 and i got a good deal (i think).
