My 8 has been in the body shop to repair some damage that happened when somebody hit my parked car in a lot The repairs were finished today; they did an OK job... it's not quite perfect, and they probably fouled the plugs by moving it around a bunch of times with the engine cold. But if the paint holds up I'll be happy.

Anyway, the rental I had been driving around was a 2008 Saturn Aura... not a bad car if that's your cup of tea, but a far cry from anything in the neighborhood of an RX8. I can't even describe how elated I was when I first got back behind the wheel of my 8--I fell in love with the car all over again. When I got home I started trying to think of errands I needed to run so I'd have an excuse to get back in the car and go somewhere.
