2004 - 13k Miles - No probs

 

you got me beat. My 04 gt has 21k. new cat, tranny,coils on there way out.

 

Just hit 79K

 

06 35,000 miles i have had to replace my front light,some o ring was faulty w air condition only hot air would come out. when i was at the dealer getting an oil change and ecu reflash i was talking to another 8 owner who had just bought an 04 rx8 he had had it for a week and right away he had to buy a new flywheel and some other part i dont recall at the time so he bought an extended warranty for like two thousand something and right when he finished telling me this the service guy came in and told him i got good news and bad new the bad news is he needed a new oil pan a new sensor for the oil i think and something else.anyway he had to pay 200 plus some more money for the other parts that were not included in his bumpper to bumper warranty lol he was like WTF!!! I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS CAR FOR ONE MONTH AND I HAVE ALREADY SPENT LIKE $4,000 ON REPAIRS!

I just turned 50,000 with a new tranny at 45k and a new cat at 47k.

Replaced Taillights (Under Warranty)
Raplaced Passenger Visor (Under Warranty)
Alternator at about 40K (Under Warranty)

I had noticed what looked like a cut on the passenger side of the dash (airbag) So, it was replaced under Warranty, as well.

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No regrets! I love it so much, I'm buying another one...

Oh yeah... 2 days ago, they diagnosed a coolant leak...it's minor.
