I'm looking to buy a new car during summer and I'm very interested in RX-8. How long of a wait am I looking at if I order now? I can only buy if I can get the car by mid-August. Thanx.

 

Well, I suppose that depends where you live. I just called a 128 Mazda north of Boston and the anonymous salesman told me the first shipment will contain around 40 RX8 and arrive in late May/early June. He wouldn't tell me how many of those are sold, which leads me to think there will be plenty up for grabs. Therefore I will personaly wait for them to arrive and poke around for a bit before making my choice.

there isn't a dealer in the country getting 40 in their first shipment. unless that dealer has seperate lots around the state and that 40 is combined for all of the lots.
