I´m new at this Forum! I´m from Germany so please forgive my english.. :-)

Through Google i came to this forum, and i like it very much!
I already drive a Mazda, but just an old 626 :-)
I hope to afford a black 8 in about a year (Dam, what a long time...)

So, here´s my first question for you:

How long did you wait for your 8 after the purchase?

I am not sure about Germany, but, in the States 8's are pretty abundant at the dealerships and there isn't really a problem locating what you want. So, if that's the case in Germany you should not have to worry about delivery time.

 

Well, delivery is a problem in Germany. In fact sometimes you can wait 2 Months for a car. That´s the reason, why i ask :-)

 

I placed my order in mid-November. My vehicle was manufactured 3 days ago. Now I wait for it to make its way from Hiroshima to port, then to USA port, then to my dealer. probably another 6 weeks or more.

 

I placed my order in early October 03.
It arrived the 2nd week of January 04.
So about 3 months.
