how to clean exhaust tips?

Original Turbo 'd Auto !!
I use Wenols metal polish. The red box, since the tips already have a polish to them.
I tried the wheel cleaner and didn't do much, just broke up the surface dirt.
this stuff also work on Ti tips as well.

Keep in mind that "BEFORE" picture was after only 2 or 3 months of having my exhaust. Imagine the difference it would have made had I waited longer...

I find Never Dull to work great. here's a sample pic of mine. In hindsight, I shouldn't have used the flash on the camera as it throws things off a bit (does make the tips look dirtier in the first pic though!)

My tips are/were completely black coated. I somewhat got the black off but now the tips still have a black residue and rough look to them.
I tried wheel cleaner and then I tried rubbing and rubbing with Never Dull. They will not return to their chrome form. Is it possible to buy just new exhaust tips?

Product called MAAS metal polish cost about $3 @ Wal-mart in the household cleaning section =) Very easy to use and results are stunning! Removed years of grime and soot to a shiny chrome finish... very little applied pressure.
