UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My car is fixed now, the guys did an excellent job too!! The cop got called away on his radio so he had to leave. Weirdest of all is that this chick who hit me showed up at my house a week later and asked for a bogus address. Once I told her that address did not exist on my street, I asked her "aren't you the lady who hit me last week?" and she just said she had never hit my car and acted like she had never seen me before(and she was driving a different car sice the cops told her they'd be on the lookout for her purple Cavalier).........I filed a police report and they told me if she shows up again to not let her leave my property after I had called 911 and they'd arrest her for criminal tresspassing. Now that's weird, ballsy and stupid of her to show up at my house, even though she had my address from the private property accident report. Now my insurance is gonna sue her for the damage to my car, my neck being screwed up and my rental car I had. This chick is definately on drugs.

 

What the hell??!! Why did she show up?!! And then pretend it never happened??!! WTF??!

And now we know why everyone should have a handgun in their hosue.

 

Sorry that happened but you would of loved it if that happened in Texas, currently the police are mandated to ticket anyone that does not have insurance as well as TOW their vehicle and they can only get it out of impound until they provide proof of insurance.

 

Wait a sec...I don't remember showing up at your house! Hmmmm...maybe it was my split personnality or something...I forget. What were we talking about anyway?

 

She probably got a letter of intent from your insurance company and stupidly thinking it was you, was trying to intimidate you into not suing the crap out of her. Or maybe she was going to vandalize your place if you were not there, yep, definately need a trunk monkey. At least she was stupid enough to let you know she is dumb enough to actually go to your house, so if something is actually done, you know where to look. I can see this ending up on a stupid criminals website. I would park your car in the garage (if you have one) or in plain sight for awhile so it doesn't get vandalized. It seems she is dumb enough to try something like that. Sorry to hear that your car may have a stalker.
