My crazy-*** bro-in-law chased the dude down with one hand on his cell (waiting for 911) and another holding up his boxers at around 4am.

All-in-all, he couldn't live with the car no more though, said that he felt "raped." I wish I could say something positive, but damn. Hope the sum'b!tch gets cancer or something...well not really, but yeah.

Not sure about your insurance, but my insurance co has a whole department dedicated to getting their money back from the perpetrators. Wouldn't hurt to turn the same state police info over to your insurance, just to make the bitch miserable.

damn, sorry to hear about this... you have uninsured motorist & comprehensive coverage right? hope you get your car fixed and that the cops find the bastards that did this. chances are they didn't have insurance and that's why they ran away...

 

You need to keep pressing the police to make an arrest. Hit and Run is an arrestable offence and she needs to booked and tried.

If i were you - i'd call the police everyday until shes in cuffs. Then laugh your a*ss off when shes hauled away.

Too many times people get away with Hit and Runs because they police dont act on it, so make sure you keep bugging them.
