Help. 8 Wouldn't Start Today
I've always let my 8 warm up before turning it off, even after having the M flash, and the dealer said flooding wouldn't be an issue. Sat. I had to get my truck out and I turned it off cold, and then later pulled it back into the driveway and turned it off cold. I thought I should let it warm up, but between the rain and the hearing it wouldn't be a problem, I turned it off cold. :o
Well, didn't go out yesterday, and this morning it wouldn't start. Tried the de-choking procedure per the driver's guide, but it wouldn't turn over. I pushed it out of the driveway so I could get my truck out from behind it and get to work. Called Roadside assistance, and they said they would have to tow it to the dealer. I figure it has to be flooded - so is there anything else I can do to get it started so they don't have to tow it? I hate the thought of having a new car towed.

Does the car turn over? If so, it could be flooding. If the car isn't turning over, it is something with the battery/starter.
Check the battery connect, that is good advice.
