37K is far too much to pay for a car that you can get loaded for 33K (every option including the nav) at invoice prices.
You'll save yourself a ton of money shopping around at other dealerships. Furthermore, don't settle for a color or a car that isn't what you want. You don't want to have 30K+ worth of buyer's remorse.

Thanks Ajax for the heads up... we took all you guys advice and found what we wanted!!!!
The closer dealer (Gray Epperson in Cleveland, TN.) actually met ATL price, so we didn't have to drive to ATL!! YAY
Also got one on the S-Plan (loaded for $29k) and mine was loaded (minus nav and 6 disc) for about the same price!!!!
Hubby and I both got silver ones. He got the titanium and I liked the sunlight silver. We had SOOOOOO much fun driving them home!! Too bad it may actually snow here I wanted to drive them tomorrow. Oh well, at least it will make GREAT pictures!!! I'll post pics soon!!
