harness issues

I asked this question so many ways. i recently had the engine rebuilt and now i was left to the taske of putting it back together once the engine was installed and it has. i have hooked up everything and yeah there extra connectors but i cant figure where or if they where plugged in anywhere. the evap system was removed but some plugs dont stretch far enough..i looked at skematics and it seems like i have it rght..i doesnt crank or start. not even the code reader will light up when plugged in. the dash lightgs all come on.but other than that im lost.. 2005 a/t. any input or direction would be appreciated.;
