GReddy SE or Agency Power w/ Midpipe
Just looking for some opinions and personal experiences. Specifically, I am worried about the Agency Power melting the rear bumper. Thanks in advance for an insight.

Move the tips far enough away from the bumper that it wont happen. You can get adjustable exhaust hangers and that might help. There may be other things to do, I know some people just remove the exhaust shrouds entirely.

I just purchased the GReddy Spectrum Elite from AssaultTech. (Free shipping and a great price) but i just read a post that the tips are about the same size as the AP. So now i am wondering if i should cancel the SE and get the AP because the AP includes a mid pipe. Thoughts?

The AP midpipe is crap and not worth the metal it is built with. The exhaust will melt your shrouds no doubt and no hanger adjustment is going to help with that. I even had the fun of having the top of the shroud melt near the center of the car on both sides. Exhaust finishers are the way to go to fix that...or a new bumper.

I didn't even know what exhaust finishers were I had to google it, for anyone else that does not know http://www.mazdatrix.com/faqrx8/exhfinish.htm .
I'm really hoping adjustable hangers will help my shrouds not melt though since I have an s2 and don't have the bottom part of the shroud. Hopefully I can have it hang just low enough to not damage anything on the car or have it scrape on anything.
