Well, $200 for the stock cat-back isn't actually a bad deal.
Someone might need one.
Technically, he is correct - it is the touring exhaust (grand touring to be precise); and the base exhaust and the every model exhaust.

Actually if the situation turns out right, you could concievably get the exhaust for $100. I see nothing wrong with his description or prices, he states that he is not sure about a few things, which I find honorable. I don't find anything wrong with this auction, if it stays around the starting price--I may buy it. This guy also has around 100 feedbacks with no negatives, he seems pretty worthy of a small measure of trust.
