I dumped a bottle of Lucas Fuel Injector into my gas tank a few weeks ago.

i used chevron with techron in my contour svt when i had it, and have used it once in my 8. On the contour i would notice about a 20-40 mile per tank increase after using the fuel cleaner and this wained after several tanks. i didn't really pay that much attention when i put it in the 8 though. The chevron w/ techron was recommended by ford for the svt engines as it does not only clean injectors but also removes carbon buildup for the uim and all that good stuff. quite a wealth of knowledge on it when i was reading about it.
