The only thing you can do is Part out your car as quickly as you can, then sell the rest to a scrap yard for the scrap metal value, and then take the guy to Small Claims Court for the rest of the KBB value to buy a new one today.
Should be an easy win case for you.

He has an insurance agent but no insurance? What exactly does he need an agent for then? Am I missing something?
That was the scenario for the two cars I lost to uninsured drivers.

Well it seems like you have damage in the front and the back. I was hit in the rear... SO my accident which ended up like the picture attached was 5300. It wasnt a hard impact from what I felt.

The body shop had originally quoted 4000, but once they founf the internal damage they raised to 5300. I would love to know how much they quote you if your willing to share.
