Either that, or my sister. She bought a BN Mazda 3 last year, and there was a dent in it before she even got it home.

 

And people wonder why I lose my **** when I see an irresponsible driver. Shows complete disregard for the people around you. Must be something in our water that is fostering this selfish and entitled attitude I am seeing these days.

Pet peeves... drunk driving, texting while driving, chicks putting on makeup while driving and general automotive douchebaggery (the guy looking for something in the passenger seat and swerves all over the road).

Damn, sorry to hear that. Your insurance will likely take the car for it's worth, it's what happened to my Mazda B3000. It was too costly to repair for what it's value. I'm sure someone will be interested with your clear corners

i only had liability it expired 2 days ago.
talked to insurance agent of the driver who hit me and and he's saying guy had no coverage. i told him that the police told me he did have insurance. says he'll call me back.

They always tell the police they have insurance. Happened to me twice. Fortunately, I had collision coverage. Also uninsured motorist. Any chance you've got uninsured motorist coverage? California seems like the kind of state that would make people have that.
