E-brake light

My e-brake light keeps coming on and off whenever i make a hard stop or a fast start. I dont think it has anything to do with the actual hand brake because it always comes on when im actually driving. Has anybody else had this problem?

After you check the fluid level, check your brake pads. Odds are you're close to needing new ones.

Hmmmmm, the only time I've ever heard of it blinking is when people hook up laser jammers to their cars...

my light kept coming on for the same reason, so I checked my brake fliud level, added more (because it was low) and the light hasn't returned since.

Mine has been doing the same. I'll check the brake fluid and pads to see if it fixes it.
