I'm going to assume that this is serious...
The technical concept is somewhat valid however in practice it restricts flow more than it adds with it's "turbulence". In short I would highly recommend NOT putting this in your intake tract. In addition to it not working, the crappy material will likely disintegrate and find it's way into your engine at some point.

OK, I'm laughing too, but honest to God a year or two ago someone on this forum tried a "Tornado" and posted dyno results clearly showing more power. I've looked and can't find that post any more, but it was a long thread and a lot of people commented on it (and doubted it). Seems dubious to me, but anything's possible, I guess.
