Don't cops have anything better to do
#52
I think this cop looked for everything possible on my car to give me a ticket for...
So im driving home 5 under the speed limit and i get pulled over...long story short these are the tickets i get
-Car too low (Tein S Tech)
-Car too loud (I put catalytic converter back on 1 day before and it was really quiet)
-Tint to dark (Factory tint)
-No front license plate (In front window)
-Rear license plate obstruction (License plate frame from mazda)

too loud, doubt it with your cat on, has to pass 98DB at a 3000rpm hold which is pretty damn loud. unless he pulled out a DB meter and tested it its getting dropped.
texas when i was there had no minimum for rear windows and immovable windows, and 35 for front.
license plate, yeah i could see that. and the fram on the back, if it covered your stickers or state title i could see as well....fight the D-bag, bet he owns a 89 mustange

Easy to get out of that. Just claim in court that you can ticket 50% of the cars in the state and that you could go out in the parking garage of that court and find numerous cars without front plates. My brother did that and got out if it. It's the dumbest money-making law of all time. Remember that it is the end of the month quota time so be on alert.

^^actually its not. many wanted persons have been apprehended in vehicles that were identifed using the front plate. same goes for vehicles used in crimes. its actually a great investigative tool. with that said, i still do not like the front plate on my vehicles.
