-11,901 miles as of tonight
-Average around 100 miles per day! I must be on the higher end here.
-3 oil changes - check oil every 500 miles or so.
-16 car washes / interior detail (every weekend...lol)
-No major problems
- The center armrest doesn't slide correctly anymore! Think I leaned on it too much. Taking it in to be repaired this weekend.

Daily Driver RX-8 checking in
I check my oil every 2 pumps and I got it serviced at 3K miles for oil changes and such.
I still check my oil, but everytime I check it now the oil level on the stick is always at the full line. Now, I'm kinda concerned what's going on here coz this has happened since my M flash. Is this something I should be worried about? I mean, this engine is suppose to consume some amount of oil right?

10,000 miles since 8/2003. Drive every day, except winter. Snows and wheels were expensive, so I bought a Honda to drive in the winter. If you have bad weather, you might want to keep your Civic. Just got back from a 700 mile trip to NJ. Very comfortable, quiet and almost as nice to travel in as our Passat. If you are just driving highway, you aren't really going to enjoy the RX8. I would stick with the Civic for that duty.
I've had 2 floods, 4 recalls, 2 oils changes and that has been it. Runs great now and got 23mpg going to NJ.
