Well I am still in much heated debate on getting a GT 8 or base stock. I figure with the GT 8 I have all these great features like Navigational system, leather seats w/heat, moon roof, prem sound system, spoiler. just it will cost $7k more to get it compared to the base model. I am just curious but how much would it cost to have a moonroof added in? Would this be a dumb or smart thing to do?

 

You mean buy the base model and have some shop cut a big hole in your roof? That would scare me.

 

Dedicated track car, stick with base MT.
Daily driver or touring car, go with the GT.

 

The base or Sport models are a little lighter and a little more rigid w/o the sunroof. You also get more headroom. Sport model comes with stability control and better headlights than the base model.
