Cops profiling me...RX8...

Keep in mind I've owned the RX8 for 7months or so and this is my 2nd time being pulled over. Before this car I drove a Chrysler Minivan and never got pulled over in like 10yrs.
Okay as the story goes...I was on my way to the tile store. I see this cop on a dirt road close to my house about 1mile or so away. Slowly but surely he's on the same route as I am.
He is about 3 car lenghts behind me(not direcly behind either). I stop at the stop sign and keep going straight to only realize I passed my street so I pull into a driveway and turn around. [Now I'm sure if I was driving a beater this would have never happened...[
Cop is behind me and passes me. I'm on route now and minding my own business and what do you know... I see lights in my rear view mirror.
I don't have my license on me so he asks for id of any kind. I asked if I was speeding...he goes checks my info and comes back...
I ask so why did you pull me over...I say,
"You pulled me over because I have a nice car!" He laughed and knows my neighbour cop friend.
I say..."I'm going to tell all my friends on the RXforum that you were profiling my car."
He laughs again and say's he's going to tell all the boys my story. Says don't forget my license and lets me go.

You got pulled over because you have a hot car. You got let go because you're a hot woman.
I got pulled over also and they thought I was a street racer. I had to go to an official referee to get my car checked out. They tried to fine me about 400, but I got it knocked down to 10. The referee cost me 40 though. They didn't let me off the hook, because I'm not a hot woman. I am a sexy beast though!! haha

Hey Lee....................I get it all the time, I'm in St Catharines and the Niagara Regionals have nothing better to do ................I get asked the same question evertime (Who's Car). Last time was for not having a front plate, Not to concerned about though, it's not my daily driver but I'm sure I'm tagged and as soon as they see me again I'm sure it'll happen again.

I get profiled all day long lol
Riding in traffic the otherday surrounded by cars, good size traffic and a cop pulls me instead of anyone else..seatbelt..bs..Anyways I passed a spot a couple days ago, a few cops were sitting there talking I look in my rearview...they follow me for about 5 minutes..Then it happend again the next day...guessing same cops..dunno..Coming from Jacksonville last week I had a GSP on my tail my radar kept going on and off..wierd but anyways he was def wanting to pull me over..I pass a car, look in my rearview, hes doing a uturn chasing the car down..

I don't think it's the car..... I had a 2000 red eclipse before I got this car. My friend and I drove to Vancouver BC one day and they asked me the same question...
- Who owns the car?
- Asked my driver license even thou he had my passport in his hand...

It's 90km/h here, but there's only like 15km of freeway with two lanes in each direction, then it's 80km/h with one lane in each direction. Eastern part of Norway has some 100km/h freeway, that's the max limit for the country. Damn socialist government isn't interested in building road. They care more about poor people and our health... can you believe that?

however my windows are tinted dark so they can't see me through them so they had no idea if who's driving the car! :Ok you sexy beast...prove it! I've been pulled over 3 times out of state. I have 3 15 over on a highway speeding tickets. None ever hit my license or insurance so no biggie.
I've been pulled over in NJ 10-15 times in the last 10 years. I have 2 tickets. One was for no paperwork (reg/ins) as I was driving my mother's car and didn't have it. The other was for no front plate. Of the remaining 8-13 times, almost all were equipment violations (tint, no front plate, headlight out). Generally, they just seem to be checking up on me to see if the car is stolen. I'm certainly not getting off for being cute.

Yeah I got pulled over when the cop was going in the opposite direction! He was in my lane at first, did a uturn to go in the opposite direction...spotted my front plate in like 30secs or so...did another uturn & pulled me over!

Ok once again going both ways...to & from the states I get asked... "Who's car is this...What is your profession..."
Then on the way home at customs for like 10mins or so this cute officer is questioning me about my CAR!!
He asked if those were aftermarket rims, I told him I had all MS stuff on it, asked if the rotary burns a lot of oil, told him mine doesn't because I do oil changes every 4000 km. He says he was looking into buying one ...all the while he is checking out my rims & the intereior of the car. Tons of cars waiting behind me & all he's interested about was my car!!
Gotta love it!! Oh & I told him to come check out the forum!! He said he will...
