Hey guys, I was just wondering about my clutch. I had my clutch bracket replace last November.

When I got my car back, the clutch is harder (stiffer) to press then before. I was wondering if there was anyway to bring it back like it was before?

I drove another RX8 and the clutch is not as stiff as mine is.

 

Prob not except the normal wear from using it!.....could also make sure nothing is hung up or caught to make it stiffer

 

I have been using it for like 7 months now and its still stiff as the first day I got it.

 

prob not going to get any better then...did they only do a bracket? how stiff is it like so stiff you can barely push it or just really firm....it prob will feel more firm since ther is more support keeping the pedal from breaking

 

yea they replace the bracket. Its firm.

there was a tsb for clutch slave cylinders.. you might want to look that up..
