Clutch adjustment.
Clutch adjustment.
Does anyone know if there’s any kind of plus or minus with the given clutch cable? Also, has anyone experienced any kind of malfunction with the clutch pedal itself. For sometime mine was squeaking, and then shortly after that, it was just barely hanging by the bracket.

As the other have stated, check for a broken clutch pedal, especially if it's just hanging.
Seco day, there's an adjustment rod on the clutch pedal that sets the release and actuation adjustment of the clutch pedal to clutch master cylinder. Tou will loosen the lock nuts and adjust the rod in or out to set the clutch pedal free pmay and take up.

Clutch adjustment.
[my Tech at the Kennedy Mazda dealership in Valparaiso, Indiana, who is certified for the R8X engine told me there is no clutch adjustment. It’s a given cable clutch cable. However, I don’t think this is true to the fact I’ve seen diagrams of the mounting bracket for the clutch cable and noticed there are a 2 inch adjustment. Or there should be 2 inches of the play. I think this guy is dead nuts wrong. QUOTE=mazdaverx7;5000286]As the other have stated, check for a broken clutch pedal, especially if it's just hanging.
