Buying an 8

Im going to buy an 8 this week. I have made my mind up but i was wondering what years or just year had motor problems like the 04 (used or new)and anything else you can add before i buy. Thanks

05 and on are fine. make sure to get at least a sport model.

and make sure to get a manual.

Its the 04 that where built in 03 and some 05 that have had engine probs that I think where due to having only 1 oil cooler. Aside from that as long as you have had all the recall work done your good. Oh yeah on last thing wash your car when you get it. See if the brakes squeel like man and if theres condusation build up in the back tail lights. If so let the dealer know. Have fun!

Get TWO manuals ... one for the floor, one for the glovebox.
