Exclamation Break Noise

I have a 2005 VR 8... my brakes keep squeeking everytime i come to a stop.... I brought it to the dealer and they told me all these things about the updated brake pads and sh#t. So they put the new pads on and they still squeek... can anyone help me out to stop it from squeeking...

if its not brake pads, it could be anything from calipers to even your suspension rubbing against something during braking. you gotta give more info, and try to ioslate the origin of the sound first.

then same thing with my ebrake up slightly

and it never squeaked again. ;D

mine had this too, they replaced the brake pads and the sound went away. they do however make a little bit of noise when it is really cold out, but just for a minute, then it goes away for good

My brakes squeaked after a week of driving it. Took it into the dealer and they replaced all brakes and upgraded front pads. Three days after that the sqeak starts again and then stops for a good 3 weeks. Now, they squeak without fail again unless I stomp on them.

The brake TSB worked wonders for me. The only time I get squeal now is if the rotors have gotten rusty, which is easy (and fun ) to fix.
